Your Space co-working & event space

Your Space provides affordable and adaptable workspaces for entrepreneurs and business start-ups, where they can develop their ideas and build valuable support networks.

Award-winning architecture practice Gensler used its design expertise to re-imagine the Stephen Lawrence Centre in our 20th anniversary year, creating an interior setting that fosters creativity and collaboration among tenants. Re-fit and refurbishment company BW and over 100 other contractors also donated their time and expertise to contribute to the transformation of the Stephen Lawrence Centre, while companies such as BOK, Optima, Thorpes and Akzonoble Paints Dulux donated materials and furnishings.

Your Space offers flexible desk space, a lounge and a studio, spread over two floors, with capacity for 78 members. Spaces are available for short- or long-term rent, while a designated resident space offers capacity for 12 members looking for a more permanent home for their business.

An integrated event space, which can be used for networking events, away days, or project launches, is open to both members and non-members. Your Space also benefits from an outdoor rooftop terrace, which offers scenic views of the local park and nature reserve.

All funds raised from Your Space are reinvested into the Stephen Lawrence Charitable Trust, helping it continue its work of providing mentoring, training and financial support to disadvantaged young people. Centre Photography:

The trust would like to thank and credit Carlotta Luke for all SLCT Centre photography used across the site- both interior and exterior, including the Your Space photographs above. She has kindly photographed numerous events for the Trust in the past, as well as the array of fabulous centre photos. She captures spaces brilliantly,  and was shortlisted for a photography award, which you can read more about here.

I spent a year documenting the transformation of the Centre into a co-working hub that supports up-and-coming architects.
