Whether it’s more of a gentle jog or you’re hitting the tarmac hard, lacing up those trainers and walking or running for the Stephen Lawrence Charitable Trust is a brilliant way to stay healthy while raising vital funds for our work.
We have a small number of guaranteed places available for events which take place throughout the year that you can apply for, or why not take on an event of your choice, sign up to take part and choose to fundraise for us. Whichever way you do it, you can be certain that your efforts will help ensure that everyone, regardless of their background, has the opportunity and support to flourish in a society that treats them with fairness and respect.
The Virgin Money London Marathon
The Virgin Money London Marathon is the greatest marathon on the planet, with more than 40,000 runners taking on the famous 26.2 mile course. The 2019 London Marathon was a particularly special one for the Trust as, for the first time, there was a marker at Mile 18 dedicated to Stephen Lawrence and designed by architecture students.
