Payroll Giving

It’s easy to set up a company Payroll Giving Scheme, allowing employees to donate to a cause they care about in a flexible, tax-effective way and helping to provide the Trust with a regular income, allowing us to plan and budget for the future.  Donations can be made from employee’s salaries or pension. And offering to match-fund donations made can be a great way to incentivise uptake.

Strategic partnerships

Beyond the traditional charity of the year model, we can work with your company to make a long-lasting difference in transforming the lives of disadvantaged young people by combining expertise and resources. As part of a strategic partnership, we can offer opportunities for your company to get involved directly with our programmes, from hosting workplace visits, running skills workshops and providing work experience, to offering mentoring and speaking at industry seminars.

Through our SL Consulting arm, we can also help you to develop inclusive and diverse workplace practices, ensuring that your organisation represents your client base more closely.
