We can help you set up a mentoring programme within your organisation. Our team will work with you to set up the administrative process and identify mentors and mentees. We will provide training and support to mentors and undertake a careful matching process to ensure people who are matched with the right mentor / mentee for them. Both our mentors and mentees have told us they have developed new perspectives, skills and confidence through the process.
